- Login to your Movie club account in the top right corner
- Select your desired film/time
- Ensure the Movie club tab is selected
- Purchase desired amount of tickets
Are you having difficulty using vouchers online?
- Head to our website www.regentballarat.com.au
- Select the movie and time you wanted
- Ensure the voucher tab is selected
- Enter voucher number on back of the voucher under the barcode
- Then continue payment from there
Are you waiting for your physical Movie Club card?
Thank you for purchasing a movie club card. A physical card for your membership can be collected from the box office. Simply let us know the name you have signed up for and provide identification to receive a physical card.
Do you need help using Gift Cards online?
- Head to our website www.regentballarat.com.au
- Select the movie and time you wanted
- Select the number of tickets you require
- Then head to the next page where you enter your gift card number and pin number
- Then continue payment from there
Do you need help activating your MovieClub?
- Head to our website www.regentballarat.com.au
- Select Movie club memberships in the top right corner
- Click activate your account on the left of the screen
- Enter your card number
- Enter your email
- Create a password
- Login
